Learning Through Life — Stories of Resilience, Adaptation and Possibility
Benny J’s talks explore how the lessons that shape us are often not found in classrooms, but through the experiences that challenge us, change us and teach us.
Born with a rare disease, Benny has spent his life adapting to a world not always designed for him — learning how to navigate physical limitations, changing expectations and the assumptions others place on disability.
His experiences have taken him through many different chapters of life: from working as a bus driver, sailor and banker to becoming an artist, storyteller and advocate for inclusion.
Through personal stories, poetry, photography and reflection, Benny explores resilience, identity and the process of redefining what is possible when life takes an unexpected direction.
His talks are honest, emotional and engaging — creating space for audiences to reflect on their own challenges, strengths and capacity for change.
