Pain 6/10.
Location: crescent head, australia
Pain Diary Entry: 13 November 2022
Although i prefer the cold, one of my mental escapes i go too often is here in this pic. Growing up i used to jump in my van that had a mattress in the back and a few surfboards and drive up the nsw coast searching for waves. This place, crescent head, gives me so many good memories, the recent trip a couple of months ago with 2 mates refreshed those memories. I didn't use a surfboard this trip as my body said no, but i compromised and bodyboarded instead. And in the morning as the others slept, i came out to meditate and watch the sun rise and have one of those moments that makes life worth living, and i can go back there anytime in my mind. Usually it's the mountains, but today i remember sitting there, just watching the earth so it's thing, as wave after wave rolled in.
Todays pain number is, like each day, 'hidden' in the photo. And now it's back to stretching so it hopefully my pain keeps dropping today. I have a busy week coming up and would like to function.
Also i think my phone has turned on autocorrect again so my one handed typing may not make sense again 😬😂🤔 I'm doing my best 😂🤷♂️
