Pain Diary Entry: 30 October 2022

Yes I'm down to a 4 today. All the pain is still in the same places at their usual differing levels but the average intensity is down, to a 4. Like a stove top where you turn up or down the heat. That's the intensity and a 4 is the max i want to have but good news anyways. Lots of rest, knitting, and last night a bit of a walk which i motivate myself to do my taking my camera 'for a walk'. The sun has just set and I've been wanting to get a photo of a train passing through between these houses over the tunnel seen in this pic. Whilst waiting for the train i started playing with the long exposure and hand held i got some ideas... after a few attempts of trying to move my one working hand to the left after balancing the camera on the plastic splint on my arm i managed to get this shot. Which currently is in contention for my favourite. Just for the relative clarity for moving the camera so much. I'm enjoying learning so much. The camera is giving me a way to play with time in a playful way to. Playing is what i need right now. Having to go to hospital multiple times a week is bringing back memories of a lifetime spent going to them. I prefer life outside of them and hoping i can tip the scales back towards living soon. Adventures await and I'm excited. With the energy of a 5 year old trapped in my head as it struggles with a body that is not quite the leading contender for evolutionary improvement... but nature keeps trying, and we are all a little bit different... i love this photo!!
